An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

Safety eyes, often referred to as crystal eyes due to their luminous appearance, are primarily made of plastic. These eye components feature a stem, also known as a rod or shank, at the back, and they are secured onto toys by pushing a plastic washer over the stem. Once attached, the washer cannot be removed, hence the term "safety eyes". While they resist removal by pulling, it's important to note that they can still be torn out if subjected to sufficient force, such as a dog pulling on the eye resulting in torn fabric. Consequently, they can pose a choking hazard for children under the age of three

Here's a breakdown of the materials we use: Fabric: We primarily use high-quality cotton fabric, with a focus on quilting fabrics, to create the exterior of our toys. These fabrics offer durability and a wide range of vibrant colors and patterns. Stuffing: Our toys are filled with synthetic fiber stuffing, which is hypoallergenic and provides a plush and cuddly feel. However, we also offer custom orders for stuffing made from cotton, wool, or feathers upon request. Eyes: For the eyes of our toys, we use durable plastic safety eyes or we embroider eyes as the standard option. However, we offer custom orders for those preferring glass eyes for a different aesthetic. Embroidery Thread: The detailing on our toys is meticulously done using high-quality embroidery thread, primarily made from cotton. While most of our embroidery thread is cotton-based, we may use other materials for specific colors or effects, ensuring each toy is beautifully finished. We take pride in using these carefully selected materials to create soft toys that are not only charming and delightful but also safe and durable for endless hours of play and cuddles.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
